Marc Tyner is the President and CEO of Tyner Construction Company Inc., a respected leader in the construction industry with a proven track record of delivering high-quality commercial and residential projects. Originally from Western North Carolina, Marc is a proud graduate of the University of North Carolina, and his roots in the region have shaped his commitment to serving the local community with integrity and excellence.

Marc has built a reputation for craftsmanship and a client-first approach that has positioned Tyner Construction as a trusted name in the region. His strategic vision and commitment to excellence have driven steady growth and innovation within the company, while maintaining the personalized service and hands-on management that clients value.

Marc is deeply committed to community development and sustainability, often integrating environmentally responsible practices into the company’s projects. He is known for fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and industry partners, and for cultivating a workplace culture that emphasizes quality, safety, and teamwork.

Outside of his professional endeavors, Marc is active in local civic initiatives and supports various philanthropic efforts that strengthen the community.

Helen began her career at Tyner in 2019, bringing with her 20 years of job cost accounting, payroll and all areas of HR. Today she oversees accounts payable, payroll, and subcontractor management. Outside of work, Helen enjoys spending time with her husband, running with her 10-year-old chocolate lab rescue, and just being active doing anything outdoors.

Daniel has been working as project manager with Tyner Construction since 2020. Daniel’s experience as a lead framer (at 17 years old) led him to running his own custom framing and exterior siding company. He brings a lifetime of construction experience to the Tyner team. Daniel’s first job was to “yell out lunch, when the both hands where on the twelve of his old man’s wrist watch.”

Darrell began working for Tyner Construction in 1995 with an eye for craftsmanship and quality thanks to his background as a finish carpenter. In 2014 he moved to the coast of NC to continue in construction while enjoying the beach. In 2024 he moved back home to Western North Carolina to be close to his grandchildren and rejoined the Tyner team.

Ronnie was one of Tyner’s first employees when the company formed in 1979. Coming from a structural background in concrete and masonry coupled with 46 years of experience with Tyner Construction Ronnie bring a wealth of timeless craftsmanship to the table.
