nce the team has been created, Tyner's expertise in site evaluation, budget analysis, and value engineering become a client's most valuable asset. After the best building site has been determined, Tyner's team of in-house estimators will estimate the new home.

Tyner's expert staff can value engineer the home and give options to keep homes within a client’s budgetary guidelines without sacrificing quality. With the estimation and value engineering complete, Tyner produces a fixed price contract for the client. A fixed price contract allows the client to know exactly what their new home will cost before its construction.
