Like their flagship custom home division, Tyner Construction encourages their involvement in the formative stages of a project. By doing this, each developer can be assured that their expectation's can be completely understood. Quite simply, this allows for the assembly of an effective team to accomplish the client's goals.
Once the team has been created, Tyner's expertise in site evaluation, budget analysis, and value engineering become a developer's most valuable asset. After the best building site has been determined, Tyner's team of in-house estimators will estimate the project. However, if the project were to fall out of budgetary guidelines set by the client, Tyner's expert staff can value engineer the project and give options to get the project back into budget without sacrificing quality. Upon completion of estimation and value engineering, Tyner Construction will produce a fixed price contract for the developer.
