With the estimation and value engineering complete, Tyner produces a fixed price contract for the client. A fixed price contract allows the client to know exactly what their new home will cost before its construction, which helps eliminate surprises for the client.
After the client's expectations for their new home have been met in the planning stages, Tyner Construction will begin construction of the home with their in-house masonry, framing and finish crews. By directly employing each of these crews Tyner Construction is able to maintain unmatched quality control, as the managers of each of these crews have developed and understand the level of craftsmanship required in each Tyner home.
Throughout the home building process and to the end, Tyner Construction maintains a high standard of finish and full attention to detail. Homes are turned over to owners complete, clean, and ready for use. Tyner's full warranty program addresses warranty concerns for a full year after completion of the home.
