Once the team has been created, Tyner's expertise in site evaluation, budget analysis, and value engineering become a client's most valuable asset. After the best building site has been determined, Tyner's team of in-house estimators will estimate the project.

However, if the project were to fall out of budgetary guidelines set by a client, Tyner's expert staff can value engineer the project and give options to get the project back into budget without sacrificing quality. After the estimating and value engineering are complete, Tyner Construction issues a fixed price contract, which allows the client to know exactly what their new project will cost before its construction, which helps eliminate surprises for the client.

Once the client's expectations have been met in the planning stages, Tyner Construction will begin construction of the project with their in-house masonry, framing and finish crews. By directly employing each of these crews Tyner Construction maintains unmatched quality control, as the managers of each of these crews have developed and understand the level of craftsmanship required in each Tyner project.
